Diverse voices and stories
I loved how I got to hear from many different people and perspectives. Hearing from therapists, partners of people with BPD, and people with BPD gave me a broad cross section of what living with BPD is like, and how others experience BPD. It made me feel like there’s more of a community for people with BPD and made me feel less alone.
