Thoughtful and insightful

This was an informative read, that challenges conservative thinking regarding the causative factors of mental illness & the current treatment regimes.

LOVED THIS BOOK
I will certainly be listening to it again. Having a mental illness and living and breathing mental health, I gained many different perspectives from Nathan. It has given me a lot to think about and talk about. Thank you.
