About this listen

In the year 1904 a revival like the world has never seen before broke out in Wales. While it started in small, rural communities, the news of God moving in power blazed throughout the whole world and sparked countless other revivals, and continues to have an incredible impact today.

Led by the young Evan Roberts, who spent months seeking God for four hours a day, starting a 1 a.m. for revival, an incredible 100,000 people were brought to the feet of Jesus in less than a year.

This volume includes two classic books written as the revival was fading in 1906, including They Saw the Welsh Revival (originally titled Christ Among the Miners) by H. Elvet Lewis, who was an eyewitness to the revival. As well as The Life of Evan Roberts, a rare biography about Evan Roberts himself, written by W. Percy Hicks, another eyewitness.
