brilliant as always
the team of Michael and Tim really make the audible experience just perfect. A good book beeds the perfect narrator and this is spot on. ive already down loaded the rest of the series:)

Adventure, mystery, magic and swords.

An easy listening tale of adventure
A good listen to pass the time in summer. Recommended if you can get past the highly implausible decision- making and the female characters - prostitutes and a princess getting rescued from a tower. Or both female characters getting rescued from a tower in the second book. Narrator does a good job with the character voices, and the narration becomes more consistent by the second book.

Fun, humorous fantasy adventure
Epic fantasy adventure following very interesting characters. Voice acting is very good. If you’re looking for something that’s NOT dark and depressing, then this is for you.

An all time favourite
There are books that you want to read again: a select few that satisfy a need for drama, escape, humour, character development, plot and intelligence. This is absolutely one series that I will read multiple times. Royce and Hadrian are both characters that you are left wanting more of, and the unfolding of both character and sits perfectly between frantic page-turner and delightfully comfortable read.
