Reasonable Suspense Thriller
Be careful when you marry to keep a close eye on your in-laws .
This is what Temo discovers when he meets and falls in love with the head strong Nia.
Both architects, for different companies, their competing got work opens the door to greed and subterfuge.
Thus, opening enquires into a past disappearance, and possible crimes that end up enveloping all the main couples.

Average easy listen
Enjoyable enough as an easy listen to throw on. There were aspects that felt… amateur. Honestly I found myself rolling my eyes sometimes. But in saying that, it was still engaging enough to finish!

Really poor ending to an otherwise good story
The first 2 thirds wee really good, you felt it was building to an epic ending. There was a major twist, that to be honest felt like a twist for the sake of a twist but that twist ultimately made the story seem so much worse. The ending was rushed, as if the author just wanted to finish the easiest way possible.

The descriptions of places and people
This book was okay but l lost interest a few times - l found the fact that two of the main female characters had names that were not dissimilar both starting with M confusing at times (not nitpicking maybe but l really did)
The way that suddenly the policewoman’s ex ‘the bad cop’ turned out all nice at the end was annoying given how badly she was painted throughout the story. All in all a bit meh 🤷♀️

Lovely voice. Great narration
Twists in the story were epic. Thank you for your story telling. Lovely lulls that enabled the landscape to be acquiesced and boutght to life by the beautiful storytelling.

twists and turns
really enjoyed the fast paced story, narrator was great, easy to listen to. I thought I knew who the real killer was, but I was wrong lol. really enjoyed will be reading more from this author 😀
