An excellent introduction for 4-5yo and older

This is a wonderful reading and retelling. For me, the voices for the characters are often reminiscent of the movie, particularly the cackling wicked witch of the west. I had wondered if the story would be too dark or complex for a younger listener, but my 4.5yo daughter has listened to it repeatedly and keeps asking for it. I would definitely try other books read by this narrator who, by the way, is female.
