Wonderful 💗
A beautiful book covering important topics to look after our bodies and minds. Listening to Dr Michelle’s voice is an elixir our world is crying out for. It is a beautiful gentle de armouring, full of practical heart opening practices as well as being full of amazing stories to help us understand ourselves and our place in our world,
