Great story, but....
honestly, a great story, good plot overall.
however, the narrator is woeful. so much so that I had to stop several times he was so bad. I was honestly painful to get through.
to be honest, save yourself the torment and get the hard copy and read it yourself, the book would be so much more enjoyable.

Great book
This was my first audiobook. I’ve loved Anne Rice since I was a teenager and I’m happy I got to hear this book.

Very well written
Anne Rice is a beautiful writer and her character development creates such interesting characters that you could imaging the book being a good read even if there was the supernatural/magical elements
