Inspiring

Bear Heart tells the tale of a humble, inspiring young man who grows up to be not only a great healer, but a great human being. He lulls you in with a descriptive account of his life growing up and the challenges he faced before become a medicine man. Then he hits you with practices that you can incorporate into your daily life. It's said in a down to earth, accessible way that we can all relate to despite very few of us ever having been through anything close to what he endured in his lifetime.

The only downside I see is the narration wasn't the best.

Beautiful story with lots of wisdom

I highly recommend this book to anyone who is on a spiritual journey. Bear Heart was a very wise man with a great sense of humour. This book is filled with stories, pearls of knowledge about the Indian ways and most important his love about life in general. This book touched my heart and changed me.
