A very important listen
This book is all types of confronting, forcing me to stop and breathe, bringing me to tears multiple times. But the narrators voice is encouraging and consoling enough to reassure you to continue. I had to literally take breaks from this book because it was hitting me so hard - but I’m so glad to have faced the important facts I’d been denying and I’m glad to have had the guidance of this book with me.

I’ve never cried reading a non-fiction book before
Towards the end of reading this book I began to weep with gratitude for all of the experiences in my life that led to the point of me picking it up. Finally, so many puzzle pieces fell into place while I was reading this - this book opened up a whole new world for me and I’m so thankful that I now know the single most significant way to help my children as they grow. After I bought the physical book I also bought the title on Audible, Martha’s narration is delightful and is a steady guide through the journey. I have read the Divine Comedy many times before but never did I see myself in it until now. This book will change your life!

Must read and read again. Life companion gem of a gift!
Full of wonder, marvel, poignancy, humour and humanity.
Will have to get a copy of Dante’s Divine Comedy which is brilliantly used as the framework for Martha Beck’s book.
Integrity reminds me of our fractals; our growing up experiences and how we splinter over time.
An easy to listen book with an engaging structure and journey of discovery, learning, assurance and optimism. All despite some horrendous “errors” common to human life.
I bought the book so I can do the exercises and to keep going back to refresh on the guidelines.
Suitable for all ages. Beautifully read! Wish I had this book years ago 😊

Guiding Light
At the start of this book I was just managing to hold the days together after COVID negatively impacted my business. By the end of this book I had my mojo back. Thank you Martha x

One of the best reads
One of the best reads of my last few years.
I deeply need to read and listen to this book several more times.
It took me a few months to listen to this book as I needed to absorb all the words. Thanks Martha Beck for this life changing work.

Stunning and raw...bringing meaning through Dante
Beautifully narrated, this is a journey with Beck in her life and her awakening through Dante's Divine Comedy, into integrity. It is a Way, a story, a dive, into the life stream. It is a guide , and walking pole, for our own Journey that is ultimately Ours together. Thank you for your Courage Martha Beck. So grateful.

Enlightening!
A wonderful affirmation of the truth of the light that we are, and in our humanness are longing to reconnect with. If you are a seeker of truth you will relish this personal account woven with a classic text from the dark ages that has and will change everything. So much resonance in every step and activity laid out in these chapters. And it is definitely the perfect time for me to encounter this… right now.
