A Cup Full of Keys

I catch myself re-listening whenever I need alignment I love this book and all of its fundamentals. Every listen changes something in me when feeling anxious or chaotic on the path/ helps return to centre (almost feels like a reiki session or re- tuning something in your audic field) . mirror to the way you know deep within. Helps you feel not so lost and ground out unessisary vibrations. Beautifully written and has a bigger picture scope of the power of relationship that can be hard to verbslise or understand at times from your experience with ‘source’ within. Points out sooo many key lessons and take aways from shadow work and living in sovereignty and alignment in reality. Great treat to have this in the collection honestly
