Good solid story

Good solid story with the detail you would expect. One thing that would occasionally grate me was the narration sometimes seemed too quick, and sentences often almost joined together. I assume this was an editing thing.

Awesome

Really enjoyed the story, very believable with a quick pace for 3 books and glowed well.

Great listen

Great story, strong characters, good narration - except for the absolutely shocking depiction of an Australian accent - sounded more Irish than Australian.

A very exciting story from page 1 to end.

As an Australian I didn't like the Australian accent of the reader nor the way he pronounced the aɓreviatiom for ASIO. Overall the reading was reasonable.

Average story for an average IQ

I love a good story, and this has the elements of a great story. But as it carries on, one notices the poorly crafted plot devices that just cut corners and simplifies scenes for convenient. It just lacks mental horsepower. The person who edited this series should have said ' Andy, people in Australia can't go into a porn shop and buy guns? Like everyone would know that'. or 'Andy a rip tide flows away from the beach not towards it', or even 'Andy, if you drop a modern pistol, especially one made for the military, it doesn't go off. I mean they drop them from helicopters to find out'. Anyway, the idea of a good story is to suspend belief, not cause critical thinking and suspicion that there will be further basic errors in store for the reader. Andy, I suggest you get 'real' military people to help you, ones who have been at the pointy end, especially if your wheelhouse is military techno thrillers.
