A good listen to explain weight loss
One of the pioneers of the rat more weigh less plans, this one explains how you can do this by eating more vegetables so reducing the calories but increasing the volume of food you ate eating so you won’t get hungry. Not a vegan book so contains references to eating nesting and dairy/poultry products.
