Our story starts the day after tomorrow in a world much like ours. Until a young woman in Louisiana gives birth to turquoise twins whose shocking appearance becomes worldwide news. The dumbfounded father and protective mother are forced to take their family on the run in a frenzied madcap adventure.
The family is besieged by a mob of bozos and misfits fueled by crazed media attacks. At the same time they are stalked by a child beauty pageant queen who has vicious voodoo tendencies. Worst of all they are relentlessly pursued by a demented government scientist and his zany crew of shape-shifting monsters obsessed with experimenting on the babies in his wacky laboratory of horrors.
