About this listen
Based on my career as a medic, this is an uplifting story of a young boy who at the age of nine claims to been visited by an angel with the promise of divine protection until he has fulfilled an unnamed task at some point in his life. Over the years, he finds that time after time, something or someone helps him avoid a certain tragedy. His life completely changes one morning in a ditch in the front yard of a church as he is called on to resuscitate a young boy who has stopped breathing. The story follows these events over the course of about five years until he finds the task he was told about lays just ahead of him.
