About this listen
Is your golf driving you crazy? This audiobook will tell you why.
To reach your potential as a golfer, it helps to understand two things: You need to understand the game, and you need to understand yourself.
The game is simple; get the ball in the hole as quickly as you can. It’s the second element that leaves many golfers confused.
A simple game becomes more complicated than it should be when a golfer doesn’t understand how their mind really works. This misunderstanding is revealed in the questions they ask themselves when they play or practice.
- Why do I rarely play my best golf when I really want to?
- Why is it so difficult to fix and improve my golf swing?
- Why do I feel so nervous on the first tee?
- Why do I always sabotage myself when I have a good round going?
- Why do I enjoy golf one day but find it frustrating and hard work the next?
Many golf psychology guides offer mental strategies and techniques to cope with the apparent pressures of the game and to address how golfers feel on the golf course.
This audiobook is different. It reveals the cause of the doubts and fears rather than trying to fix the symptoms.

Wish I had these insights years ago
Having returned to play golf at 61 after a 20 year break, I have rediscovered my game through Sams book. Thank you Sam

Outstanding! A must listen.
I’m an Australian PGA Pro and Mindset coach and I read and listen to every Golf Psychology and Mindset book I can get my hands on. I absolutely loved this book by Sam. I randomly discovered it when searching for something new and I now know why.... it discovered me. I was meant to read this book. The only thing I didn’t like was the silly comment in the forward by Karl Morris when he claimed ‘ Positive thinking and Affirmations are nonsense’ ... he couldn’t be further from the truth.

Fascinating read!
Sam's insights into our mind, consciousness and thoughts in relation to golf and life in general are fascinating and enlightening. I can't wait to play my next round so that I can see if I can plug into an awareness of my swing and quieten my mind. I particularly loved the parts of the book relating to life and the universe and the quote that our 'consciousness is limitless'. Thanks for making me think about life, love, the mind and it's effects on or golf experience. 👍😀❤️
