Amazing book on tapping

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Tapping Solution for Weight Loss & Body Confidence?

It has opened my mind in many ways and has really helped me understand how I can cultivate a more loving relationship with myself. Jessica explains and taps through many of the limiting beliefs and past experiences that may be playing a part in your weight issues.

I read "The Tapping Solution" first and found this book to be an excellent companion to delve deeper into my weight loss journey. You do not need to read "The Tapping Solution" by Nick Ortner to get the most out of this book, but I highly recommend it as a starting place. It went through the very basics of using tapping on everything from stopping a head ache to overcoming childhood traumas and by the time I had finished it, I read this book from a more open and willing place.

Great informative read

Jessica, I really enjoyed the content, the research and the delivery of this book. I found a great understanding and empathy in your beautifully narrated book. You really nailed the struggles woman have to the perception of ourselves. Even though I listened to you while in the car and going for my daily walks, and couldn’t really do the tapping, I still found myself repeating the tapping technique and doing it in my head as you lead, I have found solace in your voice and your genuine feeling of understanding.

The Best Book I've listened to

What made the experience of listening to The Tapping Solution for Weight Loss & Body Confidence the most enjoyable?

The content was excellent and the narration was great. I prefer when the author narrates their own work.

The 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins. Excellent content, case studies and narration by the author

What does Jessica Ortner bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

She has a very hypnotic way of speaking and you make a connection with the person and what she's trying to bring to the world

Yes. It was so relevant and respectful.

The only thing I found was when doing some of the tapping the sequence finished abruptly and the next section or chapter started immediately.

Jessica is my female version of Wayne Dyer...

Wayne Dyer has been my literary mentor for years .. so inspired by his amazing ability to put language to the thoughts in my head and make sense of everything I flew overseas to attend his seminar "I am light" before he passed. Jessica has filled the void Wayne left (for me) with a wisdom and gift for explaining psychology, weight issues, health, wellbeing and of course, tapping so eloquently yet accessible to the mainstream public. You are a amazing Jessica .. I listen to both your books on Audible regularly - thanks for making my drive to work so inspirational! Michelle from NZ

How I shop

First of all I want to tell you how I came to purchase this book. I had only heard of tapping in passing and thought it was tapping on the desk to be honest. Anyway I had 4 credits so I spent hours in the online book store deciding on which self help or personal development books I would buy. Lots made it to my wish list then to my basket only to be replaced by another title. Finally I listened to the sample and was first won over by the easy to listen to voice and your sample intro. I have already started following gut health guidelines after several courses of antibiotics. For many years I have searched relentlessly for a solution to my weight accumulation and while I had winning diets over the years, I have struggled to maintain the loss. I am very great full for the information in this book. It has given me incite why I know what to do and what is healthy but still struggle. Am I really just ‘weak’? Thanks Jessica for your lovely calm reading and instructions. I look forward to benefitting over the coming months and look forward to adding a PS of my success. If I am allowed to edit my post.

Jessica has really nailed it

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I've been studying EFT for a short time and I also struggle with my weight in that I find it hard to let go of the last 7 kilos. I have tried lots of different methods and I have realized through Jessica's book that it is all psychological. The reasons we eat and what we eat has more to do with our brain than with our hunger. Jessica talks thoroughly about the reasons we want to hold on to our weight and what we can do to control these feelings.

What about Jessica Ortner’s performance did you like?

Jessica's way of communicating is straight forward and to the point. She uses real case examples which explains how EFT has helped. She also gives the EFT scripts in her book and explains how to tap effectively and what to say, which I sometimes am lost for words.

You want to lose weight, look inside your mind.

By reading Jessica's book, I have utilized EFT for other areas of my life which I need to clear. I loved the way she explains EFT point by point in a way that is concise and easy to follow.
