About this listen
The Tao of Seneca (volumes 1-3) is an introduction to Stoic philosophy through the words of Seneca. If you study Seneca, you'll be in good company. He was popular with the educated elite of the Greco-Roman Empire, but Thomas Jefferson also had Seneca on his bedside table. Thought leaders in Silicon Valley tout the benefits of Stoicism, and NFL management, coaches, and players alike - from teams such as the Patriots and Seahawks - have embraced it because the principles make them better competitors. Stoicism is a no-nonsense philosophical system designed to produce dramatic real-world effects. Think of it as an ideal operating system for thriving in high-stress environments. This is your guide.

I adore!
I adore this audiobook, it takes me completely out of this world or any situation and provides a powerful and actionable insight. It's wonderful.
I'm now a third... or half way through. I'm not entirely sure since the chapters aren't titled and I sometimes lose my place.
Please title the chapters!
Thank you for creating this and providing access to such an essential piece of philosophy. An impatient reader, I don't think I'd have the same pleasure reading as hearing Seneca.

A very well made audiobook and very interesting listen
For me, I found little nuggets of knowledge in almost every letter.
I have adopted some of these stoic practices in my day to day life and had already been practising a couple of them.
I have recommended this book/audiobook to many of friends and colleagues already. I am a big fan of the teachings of the stoics. I believe that many people could benefit by implementing some of these philosophies in their day to day lives.
