Fantastic set of stories that all thread together in a compelling overall story
Fantastic set of stories that all thread together into one extremely compelling overall story of magic greed and one girls fight for what is right.

The Tangled Lands - A book of short stories
This is an enjoyable listen.
However, every story ends just as you are getting invested in the surrounding characters. I would have loved to see all of these short stories be expanded into their own individual books but sadly this is not what the authors decided.
Because of this, I have a lot of unresolved questions regarding every story and it feels lacking in a space where if fleshed out more could have been fantastic
