Who do I charge?

Just wasted 5 hours of my life listening to two of the characters argue and then one of them gets raped. Same scene plays out at-least 5 times.

This book tried so hard to be a thriller but at best it was a B grade snuff book.

Who do I charge to get those hours of my life back?
