About this listen

The Story of Izzy the Busy Bee is a fun and heartwarming story about friendship, resilience, and the courage to seek out happiness on your own terms.

Izzy works for a big corporate hive, Big Honey Incorporated–along with his best friend Bumblefoot, a half bumblebee.

While Izzy is good at what he does, the only reward is more work and more types of tasks–such as tidying the hive, tending to the queen, taking care of the baby bees, guarding the gate, and waggle-dancing.

All the responsibilities are getting to Izzy, who becomes increasingly overwhelmed–leading to him suffering a stress attack mid-air.

Thankfully, he is saved by Sheila the bunny and brought to greener pastures. Here, he can start a brand-new and much more fulfilling life.

But something–or, rather, someone–is still missing....
