I don’t like how much listing there is at the start of the story. It does reduce towards the end and you can see the author improves his writing style.

Story is basic. The hero is given huge power by finding a spaceship, and turns into a megalomaniac with a hero complex.

I did enjoy the basic story and it filled in some free time. Not sure I’d bother spending any credits for the rest of the series. I’m not a fan of these 1.5 and 2.5 book trend that I’m seeing recently.

Basically an Elon Musk wet dream.

Engaged throughout, the story and narrator nailed this one. Recommended for anyone looking for another great book to read.

I quite enjoyed this whole series ( max's logs included) Easy to listen to, well enough written to not have glaring plot holes and inconsistencies. Characters are not as well developed as they could be but enough. I will be looking forward to the next in the series.
