Thrilling tale

What a story. Hooked from the first moment! I wanted to pace myself to make the book last longer, but it was too difficult to resist listening for hours at a time.

The new narrator has improved. Though, I still find it difficult to distinguish between the voices of Nixie and Jake. It would be helpful if Nixie’s voice was a little softer or a slightly higher pitch. But the rest of the book makes up for this. Really eager for the next audiobook!

The book was so good that I felt a sense of dread as I got closer to the final chapters, not wanting the story to end.
