Light hearted
This was fun to listen to. I enjoyed the characters as I thought of my mother living in this period of time. Light hearted and fun. Sorta wish men were that galant these days

Lovely book
I really enjoyed this book and I can't wait to listen to the rest of the series of books. It's a beautiful story, wonderfully narrated and can really picture the store and characters as you listen.

Narrator great fit for the book
A really nice easy book to listen to. Enjoyed the narrators voice, fitted well with genre of the book. Looking forward to listening to more in this series.

Most enjoyable
Enjoyed this story by Rosie Clark and look forward to more of her books. Enjoyed the understanding of stocking and managing a large departmental store.Also the way friendships developed and how the sinking of the Titanic was bought into the story and how it touched the lives of the workers.Juliette Burton was delightful to listen to making this a great listen.Thank you Audible

Lovely if predictable tale
I listen to this as I paint and it was perfect. interesting fashion details, romance, and heartache all set in a bygone era. I found the characters very predictable but I still enjoyed it.
