Essential Listening For Everyone
I learnt so much by making the time to listen to The Self-Healing Mind by Dr Gregory Scott Brown, if you are interested in finding out how practicing self-care can help you to feel better, or improve your overall mental health and well-being this book is definitely for you.
I really loved how as a qualified psychiatrist Dr Gregory Scott Brown opened up and shared about his own depression experience as we can easily assume that psychiatrists are immune.
I think this book is definitely great for helping to also break mental health stigmas.
I loved how this book included science back research, personal stories, and so many how to tips.
After listening to this book I felt so compelled to go one step further and share also this audible Book and Author on my mental health podcast: Feel Good From Within with Yvette Le Blowitz #spaitgirl podcast to help others when it comes to their overall mental health and well-being.
