A great book
Rhonda Byrne, once again, has given me a strength and power and a huge motivation to change things in my life. Very inspiring book and easy to understand.

Misleading claims of easy happiness
This is one of the worst relationship books I have ever listened to (and I have read and listened to many over the last 40 years). Taking two proverbs (do as you would be done by, and the power of positive thinking) add some imaginary women imagining happiness and magically the imaginary partner appears in shining armour, spin it out and repeat the mantra again and again and you can imagine yourself into a literary fortune praying on people who believe in wistful thinking.
I guess the people living in poverty or suffering wars in Ukraine, Lebanon, or Palestine are visualising the wrong things and so the universe moved to give them what they desired: death and suffering.
Some of the most outrageous phrases include how her secret has helped tens of millions of people (with no evidence other than sales of her book);
"the law of attraction will move the universe to give back what you are radiating", "if you are happy you will receive unlimited happiness". "I know a woman (strange that all these imaginary people are women) who thought xyz .... then lived happily ever after as the universe magically granted what she wanted". What a load of bunkum. No evidence to support her claims was given, at least not in the audiobook.
