A Must Read For People Who Want To Create Wealth
Akhil's Book gives investors, business owners, mums, dads and kids an inside track to knowing how the economic cycle works and why. Understanding the Land Price Cycle allows anyone with even basic common sense to buy low and sell (or hedge) high. Just by successfully participating in one Cycle, it is possible to create wealth. I was so excited to read this book that I bought it in audio format while I waited at the gate for the posting 📫 😅
Akhil did not disappoint and delivered a 'must read' book which explains in ease to read / listen history of the cycles we are all part of and we can take advantage to progress ourselves and provide for our loved ones. 😍

I have learnt a few things I didn’t know
I like the fact the author presents the cycle within snippets of history we are familiar with. I am looking to read on what he is laying out as it affects and will effect the country I live in.
