About this listen
From the esoteric account of the evolution of the species to the occult roots of science, from the secrets of the Flood to the esoteric motives behind American foreign policy, here is a narrative history that shows the basic facts of human existence on this planet can be viewed from a very different angle. Everything in this history is upside down, inside out and the other way around.
At the heart of The Secret History of the World is the belief that we can reach an altered state of consciousness in which we can see things about the way the world works that are hidden from us in our everyday, commonsensical consciousness. This history shows that by using secret techniques, people such as Leonardo da Vinci, Isaac Newton and George Washington have worked themselves into this altered state - and been able to access supernatural levels of intelligence. There have been many books on the subject, but, extraordinarily, no-one has really listened to what the secret societies themselves say.
The author has been helped in his researches by his friendship with a man who is an initiate of more than one secret society, and in one case an initiate of the highest level.

Occult history revealed.
Western Esoterica exemplified. A synopsis, I am waiting for a sequel. Purchased the Kindle edition as well. Worth the effort if in your interest area.

Quite an interesting book.
I thoroughly enjoyed the book, a different perspective from which I have been made aware of. Open mind is what is needed. I definitely recommend.

Illuminating
I was drawn to this book by some unknown force at my local book store and haven't been able to put it down. The book has so many photos included that the audio book listeners will miss out on. I highly recommend buying a hardcopy of the book if you love this audio version. I had to buy the audio version as well because I needed to hear it while at work and driving home because it's so important to our human development to be open to this. Can't recommend enough!

mind blown
if even the slightest amount of the information is true in this book, the looking glass as to which we see the world needs a complete make over.

Listened 5 times and still I wont more
The knowledge contained in this book is golden.
My thanks to My Black. The book is so crunchy and resonates deep within ones intuition. A masterpiece of alternative history compared to the state sponsored fear view of our past which shuts the door on enlightenment. Oh how great the world would be if this was the history taught to us at school. Thanks

The span of history covered in this book is quite astounding.
It was often heavy going putting everything in context, I dipped in and out, and I will be revisiting sections in the future.

All over the shop
Was expecting a slightly more scientific and firm historical book. Seemed a little new age at the end.

Convoluted nonsense
No knowledge or history to be gleaned here. To be fair, I couldn’t make it past the 5th chapter.
