Not impressed

Didn't get past the first chapter... just found the narration to be dry, lifeless and simply unappealing. I get no joy from being so harsh towards someone else's hard work and performance, however I feel I need to be honest in my opinion. Thankfully I could return it and swap for a version with a different narrator.
