About this listen
Penelope and Alexis are back in this next installment of 'The Immortals of Atlantis,' where danger and intrigue intertwine, and the fate of the world hangs in the balance.
Penelope has embraced her destiny as the new Archivist for the magicians, but with an impending war against the formidable priests of Thevetat looming, and the tides of magic intensifying, she must swiftly navigate her perilous new world if she's going to outwit their adversaries. To vanquish them, Penelope and Alexis must unearth a weapon capable of obliterating him forever.
When a long-lost magical secret surfaces, unearthed by her colleague Tim, Penelope and Alexis embark on a high-stakes journey to Israel to secure it before their enemies, Abaddon and Kreios, seize the opportunity.
As Penelope's past collides with her newfound responsibilities, she confronts unimaginable sacrifices to safeguard the magicians' secrets and ensure victory in the battle against darkness.
This book is an urban fantasy that contains lots of magic and mystery, but please note it does contain adult themes, violence, and sex scenes.

Narration not great
If you’ve just listened to the first book in the series and thought that narrator was bad, wait for this one. I’ve never heard a non-existent Australian accent like this before
