Not quite sure what to say ....

I struggled through this whole set, but I am glad to say I gave it a red-hot go, therefore I am not pre-empting my review. Loved the female narration, the male narrator's voice I found annoying because Trigger's characterisation/voice was that of a 80 year old man (1st book). All the central characters were under developed ... things took a very weird turn for me with an DV victim taking on a M-F-M sex encounter after mere weeks of knowing her love interest. I could go on, as I valiantly forged through 3 of the 4 books (more or less) but it didn't improve.
The boxed set was divided into ongoing chapters so it was difficult to go back to a missed chapter when I fell asleep. All in all, whilst the set had the makings of a great story (and I held out hope).... I wouldn't recommend it
