got there in the end..
didn't get into the story fully until about half way. learning new names, magic and characters in this different world took a while. looking forward to the next book now that I understand the world better

blah blah (insert another cliche) then more blah
a disappointment, words of predictability, conversation of catch phrases, nothing original.
Shamefully, I still got the second book because the underlining storyline is ok

Not for me
i really did not enjoy this one. i enjoyed the white mage series, but this was lacking. characters lacked depth.
