About this listen

A once upon a time California Game Warden Alex McClain and his fourteen-year-old daughter, Maggie McClain, face the wilderness challenges of Pacific Crest Trail north of Lake Tahoe towards what they believe to be a new civilization.
They were told of a peaceful place called New Canaan by a young Native American hunter, named Daniel.

Cannibals and road bandits become the least of the McClains’ worries when they cross Walter Frick, a co-creator of the killer virus himself. Walter Frick, the evil leader of a Hitler like army, will stop at nothing until he finds the McClains and captures a case he thinks they have. Time is running out for Frick. After all, he believes the McLains hold the antidote in that case given to them by Dr. Potiphar. And Frick is feeling a bit under the weather.
