At the end of the fourth year of the Crisis Era, Yun Tianming, riddled with cancer, chose to end his life. But death for Yun Tianming is merely the first step in a journey that will place him on the front line of a war that has raged since the beginning of time.
As Yun Tianming lay dying, his brain was extracted from his body, flash frozen, put aboard a spacecraft and launched on a trajectory to intercept the Trisolarian First Fleet. It was a desperate plan. But there was an infinitesimal chance that one day Tianming may, somehow, send valuable information back to Earth. And so he does. But not before he succumbed to subjective centuries of alien torture and betrayed humanity.
Rewarded with a cloned body by the Trisolarans, Tianming has spent millennia in exile as a traitor to the human race. But now he has a chance at redemption. A being calling itself The Spirit recruits him to help wage war against a foe that threatens the existence of the entire universe. But Tianming refuses to be a pawn again. He has his own plans....

fantastic end to an extraordinary series.
exactly what was needed after the last book. a must listen to ease your mind lf all the burning questions left by the last book. very satisfying end to an amazing story

A perfect dip back in the Amazing universe
I definitely sat on the fence with this one wondering if it could possibly live up to the original series that I thought was the best science fiction I've read. You know the characters are stilled and the plot sometimes meandering but who else can make you see fourth dimensional space, make a ship out of strong-interaction force, and take you to the end of time?
So can this live up to that? I was very pleasantly surprised by how good this was. It extended on the series and gave a satisfying conclusion to some of the secondary characters. If you loved the original and want to get transported back to that universe I recommend you take the plunge and give this fan fiction a go.

Brings some closure to the trilogy and is enormously satisfying
Need to fill the void left by finishing Deaths End? this will do the trick. Happy I found it

Epic closure
A terrific interpretation of the events of Tian Ming. Extremely pleased I listened to this after Liu’s trilogy.

Best fan fiction ever written
This writer did a very good job of sewing up the loose ends and explaining viable story plots for various of the many characters within the 3 Body world. I loved the way Sophon’s story was expanded! I hope Baoshu continues to write science fiction. I will read any future offerings from this author.
