About this listen
All Michael Hollister wanted was death. What he got was time travel.
Convicted of murder, and with nothing left to live for, Michael commits suicide in his jail cell in 1977, then opens his eyes in 1966, in his eight-year-old body, with all memories of his previous life intact.
His first thoughts are of the dark intentions of his father. When the man who raised him once again tries to do the unthinkable, Michael has a chance to right his childhood's greatest wrong. But, can he do that without becoming a killer all over again?
Includes a special bonus note read by the author.

Temporal Time Travel Tales Told Terrifically
Number 2 in MFTTS follows on most excellently from book 1. A certain must read!

So Damn Good!!
I absolutely loved this story! I found myself laughing, crying and cheering out loud! I hated Michael so much in the previous novel, now he is one of my all time favourite characters! It's hard to believe that a fictional story touched me so deeply causing me to feel so many emotions. I urge everyone out there to engage in this series. Make sure to start at the beginning with the first book in the series "The Unusual Second Life of Thomas Weaver" You will not be disappointed! Shawn Inmon you are a God! Thank you for giving Michael a second chance!

Redemption is right!
I didn't even want to read this after what Michael did in the first book, but WOW I am so glad I did. This was not the horror story I was expecting. It was beautiful. The end had me bawling. Immediately onto number 3, I cannot get enough of this series.

Thought this one would be tough to enjoy
The author did such an amazing job of making this character absolutely disgusting in the first book. I truly truly hated him. I did not know how this guy could be retained. But he did it. I finish this book, and I like Michael Hollister… well done looking forward to reading the next one.

What a transformation!
I expected to always dislike Michael Hollister. I remember discussing with my husband whether it was worth continuing on with the Middle Falls series as Michael's character was so depressing. He suggested that I carry on, seeing as I enjoyed the first book so much. I was so impressed by the rest of the book and it is now my favourite in the series (currently listened to 8 books in the series). Congratulations to Shawn Inmon for transforming such an unlikeable character in to one of the best.

Interesting, but dragged a bit
The previous book was interesting and the teaser in the previous book for this one also got me interested, especially since it seemed that the issues with Michael may have been inherent in him. Anyway, a good portion of this book happens in a military school and Michael's activities there. Unfortunately, even though these were entertaining enough, it felt that the detail just dragged the story here and not much really happened. Maybe part of it is because this being his second life seemed to have been cashed in earlier and not much more was done with it. So even though there were some good moments, it seems like it left so much potential untapped.
