About Coach Mike Chadwick

Former paratrooper Coach Mike Chadwick revolutionised the British Armed Forces’ century-old approach to physical development delivering unprecedented pass rates for the Parachute Regiment’s Pegasus-Company selection course. He has been awarded multiple times in his career including the Bredin Trophy (soldier who most enhances British Army in physical development) and a GOC commendation announced alongside the Queen’s Birthday Honours list. Valuable for everyone

Mikes experience and knowledge in his field is unquestionable which makes this book an invaluable tool of anyone involved in fitness. Coaches, athletes and the average gym goer will find plenty of practical applicable information in this book. Thanks for sharing your work and experiences, Mike.

Tremendous!

If you need tools and processes to succeed! Albeit in joining the military or dominating life one daily deal at a time, this is the one for you!

Amazing book !!

Loved this book. Being a fan of a lot of mindset books seeing things from the other side was a great addition to the tool box. The guests throughout as a great addition to the over all experience. Will be getting a hard copy too !! 10/10 recommend !!

Outstanding Listen

Coach Mike Chadwick has done an incredible job producing this audiobook. I have listened to it twice and recently started it for a third time.

The book offers great advice and is written in a practical manner. The author's challenges in his fitness journey and how he overcame them make it very relatable. It's not just a fit man talking about his fit life, but someone who has experienced a loss of fitness and then worked hard to regain it. This gives the author's words genuine authenticity that I sincerely appreciate.

Some things that stood out for me in the book are:
- It's not about who you were in your fitness journey; it's about who you are now and where you want to go.
- Be honest with yourself, understand your obstacles, and how they affect your ability to work towards your goals consistently.
- Remember that what you do now shapes your future.

I highly recommend it and am delighted that it's finally available in hard copy. It's definitely one for the bookshelf.
