Great book ruined by narrator
Laura Thalassa is one of my favourite authors. I wouldn’t normally bag a narrator but this is TERRIBLE. A drawn out downward breath at the end of each sentence. I tried to persist but gave up listening and downloaded the kindle version. I’ve now read the series and loved it. It’s a lot darker than my favourite Bargainer series, not as humorous. But still wonderful.

Slight paranormal/fantasy. Not enough.
Did not like the relationship fmc had with the mmc. It seemed unrealistic in a non fantasy way.

Worst narrator...
The breath she lets out at the end of each sentence is the most annoying sound. It really ruins the flow of the story and I'm not sure if I can keep listening...
