About this listen
Have you ever wondered what it would be like if you had the ability to influence people? Did you know that there are people who have the knowledge and master persuading or manipulating techniques? If you want to master these techniques, then keep reading.
In everyday life, we come across people, we often realize that there are individuals who manage to get attention; their opinions are accepted and really followed. And it often happens to you that when you talk, they don't even realize you're in that room.
Before focusing on how you can influence people, you must learn to recognize the techniques some already use. There is a psychology behind all this and you, too, can know it.
Knowing these facets of psychology, but above all how you identify yourself, will help you analyze the big picture of each situation and put you in the position of control to influence others.
The purpose of this audiobook is to let you know:
- How to recognize manipulation
- How to handle manipulation
- How to recognize these techniques, defend yourself, and use them in your favor
- How to influence others
This audiobook talks about all these topics and more. And even if you don't know anything about these topics, it will help you in simplicity to know and recognize these techniques and to be able to use them in everyday life.

Accurate in it’s information though difficult to follow
I don’t often read or rarely ever use Audible. Decided to start with this book because I wanted to learn more about psychology for my advantage. I decided it would take me far less time to us audible than to actually read.
The main thing I could get out of this book overall is to keep asking the extremely detailed questions. Relevant, and challenging. That’s the key. So I am actually to write more questions in my FOI’s to Chief Health Officers. Overall I believe the book is accurate but not per se fun or easy to read and follow.
