Second time taking this book in! Love it!

I read the paperback version of this work. I had to listen to it as well as I took so many more golden nuggets in the second time round. Simon explains the science in a profound way that the everyday person can understand! Thank you Simon for taking the time to create this health resource for so many!

Excellent

Simon clearly has a passion and interest in improving his own health and well being, but has ‘digested’ and summarised the evidence, presenting things clearly and practically, for those without a scientific background. Truly a life changing read (I think there’s only 2 other books I’ve read, that I can say that about). Thanks Simon!

Fantastic book

I am new to the plant based whole food way of life and Simon explains the science in simple terms and has some very useful insights on how to get started.

Brilliant

Simon has given me more inspiration than any other author over the 8 year journey I have had being vegan. Truly well researched, presented and manageable goals. Well done.

Great

Loved this it was a great recap on the focuses for a “healthy” plant based diet. I pulled lots of information that was new to me out of this book despite being Vegan for the past three years, I had a lot it it moments of truth too e.g. diversity of plants when I had to face into the fact that I could and used to do better in this space and that a reset would be a good idea. This is one of those books that I will clearly return to again and again! Well written and beautifully narrated. I can’t praise this audio book highly enough 💚

Non biased plant based information

Loved this book, highly recommended for those wanting to enhance diet or start a healthier lifestyle as its not overwhelming and well layed out for implementation. I found the information well balanced and non biased and didn't demonise any diets but was a constant encourager to make healthier choices based on the current science. Well communicated and well researched, great references and resources. Wish I found this ages ago!

Packed with facts and encouragement

Facebook will be read at least one more time probably repeatedly it’s so full of information that it’s impossible to get it all in the first reading. Simon’s voice is very used to listen to and he lays it out in a way that really encourages change behaviours and eating habits.

Everyone should read this!!!!!

This book was fantastic! if everyone followed a largely plant based diet, like this author suggests, we will live longer, healthier lives. this book explains why and how this is possible, and motivated me to change my diet into a healthy and sustainable lifestyle choice. I feel less bloated, lighter and more focused. this book will truly change your life for the better.
