Hard to listen to with the speech impediment
Found I couldn’t get past the “w” instead of “r”. Like “sowwy” etc. story was good just odd putting with the narration.

Excellent story and great narrator
This is the best audiobook I’ve heard in a while. Really enjoyed the story and twists.

🥰😍
Loved this book. Fantastic story line that kept you gripped from the start. Great narration too. The phrase what a tangled web we weive when we practice to deceive comes to mind with this book.

Was a good listen!
This was a nice and easy listen, it kept me interested in the story, I did guess the plot twist early on but the story still kept me intrigued.

Not really believable
I had a few issues both with the narrator and the story. The main character has three years medical training so pronouncing carotid as cartoid early in the story ruined all credibility for the narrator.
The story itself proved far fetched at times, especially around the fatal asthma attack and the ability of the blue inhaler to save his life without any other interventions

Predictable
I love Lisa Jewel’s books and this came up as a recommendation as a similar read but I agree with the other reviewers who said it was predictable and that the characters were unlikable. I was bored. It wasn’t the worst book I’ve read (heard) but I wouldn’t recommend it.
I also hate any form of animal cruelty and it was unnecessary as it didn’t add anything to the story.
The narrator was good.

the reader was pleasant to listen to, and performed the different voices well
