Very very basic
This book overall is a small collection of very basic, bite sized pieces to maintain a company. To summarise the whole book, if you want to run a business - get off the tools, update your website, set up management software systems and charge more to make more profit.
I did enjoy the breakdown of not wasting time, as it is a finite resource, however seemed to be pandering to the trade audience (eg, have more time for fishing and beers with your mates ).
The recording quality is raw and unedited, with many stumbles and re-takes in it, which I guess helps paint the author in a more genuine tone..? Strange choice, but still.
Happy to have it ticked off the reading list and worth the $8, but found it less profound than readings like The Goal by E.M. Goldratt for overall business performance.

Straight to Point, Practical & Actionable
Finally a book on systematizing a business that doesn't waffle on. It's aimed at tradies but really the principles would apply to many other businesses too. It has clear, actionable steps.
