more values based than practical
short niche self help book, spends more than me talking about goals and values than how to practically manage workflow/emails

Helpful and handy resource
Will definitely keep handy and re-listen to help reassess efficiency in research and time management. Good tips and ideas. Yet to start the research journey but figuring out if it’s something I could do. This book was helpful!
