Must read for muslims young and old.
A lot of beneficial knowledge and advice to gain for all muslims looking to get more out of their lives. It seems Mohammed Faris has done a lot of research on the psychological and spiritual side of things regarding enhanced productivity and has put a lot of thought into writing this book.

ultimate life plan submission
this book was a joy to my ears it gave me the principles for me to live my life to the fullest to be the best I can ever be and to knowledge the present and to live the moment and not to have doubts and so be firm and to connect with the one that made everything

Lots to learn
Found it difficult to get into but then got more Interesting.
Author has done a lot of research and speaks from the changes that he has made in his own life.
Narrator was excellent he had lots of passion for the topic which came through.

Beautiful, highly motivating!
