Personally I found this a very original, interesting and informative take on insomnia.
Has it cured me? Not totally me but I am getting a lot more sleep than before, which for me is a huge step forward

I personally found this book so helpful
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I have to admit I was a little dubious when i first got this book and listened to the first few minutes - however, very quickly I started to receive a lot of very useful advice that I found very simple and easy to implement.
I can honestly say my insomnia started to improve immediately and within a matter of a few weeks it was almost completely gone. I still have the occasional night where sleep is bad, but I have had a mammoth improvement since getting this book and I owe it a lot.

Nothing New that an Insomniac doesnt already know
very concise information that is quickly narrated. There is nothing new here to find that a good google search on insomnia wont uncover.
