I liked the descriptions of details in this book but the overarching story was a bit dull for me personally.

A bit boring.
I'm not sure if it's the over explanation of every little thing... But there were some moments where I went blank because it was boring and I'd have to rewind it back a bit. It wasn't a long story but for some reason took so long to get through. The story wasn't a bad idea... Just not very well written, I believe.

Wow
Loved this story of what started out as pretend and they made into real. Though Sutton often doubted whether Reeve was acting or really into her. Then with some words of wisdom, Reeve went all guns blazing and told Sutton the truth.
Narration was awesome too.

A fun read
I just found this to be a fairly lighthearted romp based on a fake relationship. I enjoyed it, a good holiday story. The Narrators were both good and the male Joe Arden had the perfect voice for the role.

3 star listen
Interesting enough, short and sweet.
With this one I could tell it was one of Lauren’s first books. I’m not sure what I found a little off but compared to the satisfaction series it just wasn’t on par.
Still a 3 star listen
I do like Lauren, some day I’ll have read her entire collection I’m sure.

Saucy and romantic.
The narrators were absolutly fantastic, really got into this book and those narrators just made it the bezz knees. I will be listening to this one over and over again. Thanks guys! well worth my membership this month.

Lauren Blakely knows how to draw the reader and listener into her words!

this just seemed so empty and fake
She seemed cold posh and unlikeable but the perfect man is falling for her without barely any decent conversation. And her reasons for falling for him seem super thin too. they spend barely any time together, barely even get a glimpse at each others personal lives. just basically a few public meetings and they are crazy about each other. I don't mind a bit of crush at first meeting. but this just wasn't very believable.
