shame - this is the wound of civilized people
shame is such an important thing to work with, I cannot express this strongly enough, in order to belong to the world again we must meet our shame (some of which is conditioned and a lot of which is inherited). this talk is a punchy reminder. the poetry and story of the frog bride touched me deeply.
