Amazing Book
It's been amazing listening to this audio book. Since I started it, I couldn't stop listening whenever I had the opportunity, in some cases I'd decide to go for a walk just so I could keep listening. There are a lot of techniques I'm going to try & implement. However great to also know I've been doing the right thing on a few of them, just need some small tweaks.

Good advice, challenging listen
The book has some good practical advice along with a handy mnemonic to make it easy to remember. The price for this advice is a protracted delivery which feels cumbersome, dry and Barbara's speech impediment might be frudtrating for anyone with Misophonia.
Overall I'm grateful this material exists, and would hesitate to recommend Barbara's ideas. Just wish the audio book was half as long and had some personality.
