Rubbish
Self promoting, fast narrative, hard to understand, selling apps within the book. Abysmal at best. Save your credits.

Lots of pseudoscience
This book takes snippets of neuroscience and tailors it to the myth of individual exceptionalism. Humans are social creatures and we rely on each other. This book peddles the myth that if you just change your thoughts you can succeed all on your own.
