Life Changing
I am so graceful to have found Fiona Brennan and “The Positive Habit” audiobook. I have now listened twice and I am still listening to the morning and night time hypnotherapy’s. The six positive habits are now something I practice daily. My outlook on the present, past and future have transformed to positive. I am able to control my emotions and this has helped me to have better relationships with others and myself. From the very bottom of my positive heart - thank you Fiona!
