About this listen
Polly Fletcher loves marrying off her friends. Which is kind of weird, considering she has no intention of ever walking down the aisle herself. Social worker by day, sex siren by night, Polly relies on exactly three things to get her through life: her Tinder app, her Jimmy Choo shoes and a packet of condoms in her clutch. So when she meets a sexy, silver-eyed stranger at a friend’s wedding, all she’s after is a wild night between the sheets.
Solo Jakoby has his Ducati motorbike, a backpack of his belongings, and a disaster he’s running away from in Sydney. And sure, he’s wildly attracted to the curvaceous, beautiful Polly, but he has a job to do, and some unpleasant memories to forget. So what if their night together blew his mind? They’re never going to meet again.
But pretty soon, Solo and Polly are flung together under quite different circumstances. As they start to uncover each other’s past hurts and vulnerabilities, will their undeniable chemistry turn into something deeper? Something that may just challenge Polly’s firmly upheld principle—to never, ever give away her heart.

Rare gem
Another great read from this author. The changes the characters go through are so compelling and believable, characters this real and interesting are rare in rom coms. And of course it’s sweet and heartwarming

A steamy tale with vividly depicted characters, told by talented actors. Just what the doctor ordered!

Easy listening
Almost instantly I became invested in Polly and Solo’s story. The book has a great story line with a mix of romance, steamy adventures and tantalising twists.
This is definitely a book that once you start you are itching to keep going to find out what happens.
If you’re after a light hearted romance with a splash of erotica this one is just for you.

Something about Polly
LOVE Polly! Was great to listen to a romance about a strong, sexy woman who wasn't a hot mess, and her world was interesting. Really enjoyed the performances too.

Sweet story with great narrators
You can't help root for a happy ending for Polly. I couldn't stop listening. The narrator for Sol was perfect.

Well narrated, some interest, shame about Polly
I really wanted to like this book - the narrators we're great, the details about the characters' jobs were interesting, the male lead character was everything you'd want... but I just couldn't get over how irritating Polly was. Whoever described her as 'not a hot mess' was dead wrong - her denial and lack of insight was so painful to read that I ended up skipping through most of her internal monologues
